Global Load Balancer

At present, all metros are individual nodes located in multiple regions. To provide distributed access to a single instance, region-based DNS is primarily used across replica instances which must be manually created.

This feature aims to reduce this friction by providing a single DNS endpoint which can be used via IP Anycast in order to reduce setup time for globally distributed services.
